Gary Livermore
Founder of Source Co Ltd, Regis IEM Pty Ltd and MCP AMIS Pty Ltd
Gary has had 30 years management experience across a wide range of industries. Gary developed the companies Livermore Electrics and Design Switchboards before selling the businesses to Siemens Ltd in 1992. He also developed Rent Elec Pty Ltd (Event Electrical Specialists that provided 30% of electrical service to the 2000 Sydney Olympics. Gary has provided electrical facilities and services to many major sporting and community events including the Gold Coast Indy since it's inception. Rent Elec Pty Ltd was recently sold in 2007.
In 1995 Gary started the management consulting business MCP AMIS Pty Ltd. Gary has been the lead strategic management consultant on physical asset management projects for companies such as Queensland Rail, Sydney Catchment Authority, Glaxo Smithkline, Gillette China, Powerlink, Santos, Gold Coast Water and Wrigley.
Gary has worked in the UK, USA, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, China and Australia with various clients and industries in his capacity as a consultant in operational improvements. To capitalise on his experience in working with manufacturing companies internationally Gary incorporated the company REGIS IEM Pty Ltd for the purpose of importing industrial electrical products.

Tony Osborn
Director, Product Sourcing Advisor
Tony started his career in engineering with the Australian Defence Force where he was an Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Officer in the corps of Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. Most of Tony’s professional military service was as an Engineering Manager in charge of manufacturing lines and maintenance workshops. As a private consultant, Tony has provided engineering consulting since 1997 to many industry sectors including mining, energy, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing. His major projects for clients such as Glaxo-Wellcome China, Johnson & Johnson, Shell Services Australia, National Rail Australia and Powerlink Brisbane include maintenance management strategies, full FMECA (failure mode analysis) reliability engineering and computerised maintenance management system implementation. Most recently Tony has delivered stragetic maintence training to Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) in Malaysia [the main Malaysian energy provider] and public courses in South Africa.
Tony has written and developed the FMECAGold software package and maintenance training materials including references, books, workshops and presentations. He has delivered papers and presentations at various maintenance conferences including the Asia Maintenance Expo, FM Asia, Maintenex, ICOMS, ACSIM and other mainstream conferences in Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Winman Chu
Director
Mr Winman Chu graduated from the Zhejiang University in Design Engineering with a major of industrial products research and development. He has experience in production management, business administration, international trade, manufacture of electrical applications and product quality control procedures.
Winman Chu started his career as factory director in Hongda Electric Group mainly in charge of manufacturing management and quality control to the circuit protection section in 1995. In 1998 he was appointed to the position of Sales Director of the international trade department of the Group where he successfully developed markets in Southeast East, America, Middle East and Europe.
In 2001, he founded his own company, Hepol Electrical Enterprises, where he holds the position of managing director. Hepol has established long-term cooperation relationship with well-known overseas companies.
Winman brings to Source Co Ltd a wealth of experience in Chinese manufacturing.

David Wright
Director
David Wright graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business majoring in International Business. Following his graduation, David took up a position with the Australian Consulate General in Shanghai where he remained for 3 years.
During this period David also worked for a sourcing and quality control company in Shanghai exporting a large range of products to Europe and North America. His role included, factory evaluation, product inspection and quality control management. He assisted the factories in improving production techniques, to ensure a high quality consistent product was manufactured.
Following his work in the consulate in 2006, David established the Hong Kong company World Wide Building Systems which specialized in providing a reliable portal for Australian building industry to access the Chinese market. World Wide Building Systems was a successful operation sourcing high quality construction material and services. In 2009 the business of World Wide Building Systems was amalgamated into Source Co Limited and David took up the role as General Manager of the China operations.
David has undertaken regular Chinese language training, including a 6 month intensive course and is considered to be proficient in the spoken word.
